1. How do I rent the Ice Cream Social trailer for an event?
To rent the trailer for an event, simply fill out the form here. We'll get back to you within 2 business days to discuss event details, availability, and cost.

2. What types of events do you serve?
​We love adding a touch of nostalgia to any gathering including community events, private parties, weddings, corporate functions, and more. We also love to participate in fundraising events and donate up to 20% of proceeds.

3. What are your rates for event rentals and what is included?
Our rates vary depending on the duration of event, location, and menu. With prices starting at only $150, we can accommodate most budgets.

4. How far from Kalamazoo will you travel?
We service areas within a 15 mile radius from Kalamazoo for no additional cost. Venues located more than 15 miles from Kalamazoo will be charged a $1 per mile fee beyond the 15 mile radius.
5. What ice cream options are available for events?
We offer tiered pricing for our novelties including Core ($1, $2, and $3 each), Premium ($4 and $5 each) and Kids Characters ($5 each). Have a special request? Let us know and we'll try our best to track it down.

6. How far in advance do I need to book the trailer?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially during the summer months. A minimum of 2 weeks notice is typically required. (We can possibly accommodate smaller events on shorter notice.) ​

7. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure the trailer for your event time and date at the time of booking. We will invoice you for the deposit at the time of contract signing.

8. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 14 days or more before an event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 13 and 7 days before an event will forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations 6 days or less before an event will forfeit the entire deposit, depending on circumstances.
9. Can the trailer operate in all weather conditions?
Our trailer is equipped to operate in various weather conditions. However, for extreme weather, we may need to make adjustments or reschedule to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.
10. What's the staff's favorite novelty ice cream?
Pink Panther Ice Pop (sadly discontinued in the late 90s), Classic Orange Push-Up, and Neapolitan Ice Cream Sandwich top the list
